I received a message off this number with a link attached saying they had a parcel for me when I clicked the link it said the adress label was damaged so I think this is some kind of scam as they don't know my adress,nobody has been to my home as I've been home and I've had this kind of message before just not sure if it's same number .
I juste revieved a call "treasury department" urging me to call this number. be careful! they try to get your bank details. google found this: http://www.falkirk.gov.uk/about_council/news/phone_calls.aspx stay clear!
