Several calls yesterday, some from the same named person. All English names and Asian voices. Very persistent.

have been contacted by this number twice. in 2 days something 2 do with a hearing test,total rubbish just block them..

Buy Bt 8500 this phone has true call only numbers in your contact list ring your , phone. Since buying this phone I have had no, Zero rubbish calls. The phone lists the numbers that have tried to get through but if they are not in your contact list your phone won t ring. Brilliant. A well spent £40 or £49 for two handsets. This is not an advert it really works.

I found in my letter box a brochure advertising for "Free totally unlimited broadband" from TalkTalk! Talktalk was written in the heading of the brochure with phone number: 08000497902, but the sender was: F. Ree, 4 Contract Life, Totally Unlimited, Broadband, D34L1! I tried to call the number 08000497902 to ask whether Talktalk cover also the area where I live but nobody answered! I contacted Volkswagen UK (using the form on their website) about a problem with my car that was not sorted under warranty, but should have been. Some time later I received a call from this number and it was VW Customer Care.

Recorded message saying amount had been charged to my Visa card. No company name given by message. Said my card could be blocked if I didn t get in touch to sort it out.

Called yesterday said they were calling about a car accident. They had my full name. WE DO NOT HAVE A CAR.

Scammers: Claim National Insurace number compromised. Press 1 to contact their security or be arrested. Prepare to be ripped off.

Castle cover insurance trying to get me to renew my contents insurance with them. Harass you two or three times a day. Moral of the tale is don t give a renewal date if possible when using a compare web site- they are the ones responsible for giving out your details!

This debt collection agency uses auto diallers to harass people. My advice, when you see the number displayed, is either divert it answer phone - they will not leave a message, or accept the call but don t speak and immediately hang up, that way they pay for the call but get absolutely nowhere.
