Just spoke to Liam from EE Team Valley, literally the worst phone manner I've ever experienced. Felt like it was a very rough conversation for him even though he rang me. Didn't give me any data on why he had called other than "we get these through". Said he could give me an upgrade on my phone but didn't offer any examples unless I would "come into the store tomorrow". When asked if I wanted to come in tomorrow I replied not really Liam responded "Fine, Bye" and hung up on me.
