Lady with a very strong Indian accent,knew my name but could barely pronounce it. Tried to tell the Financial Conduct Authority had informed them that I was owed money relating to a premier bank account . Also kept making it clear that the call was being recorded. Clearly a phishing attempt from the moment I answered, and as usual when I get a cold call I m very defensive with my answers. Gave her a few choice words and hung up.
