Just had a call from these idiots. I ve never had PPI in my life, but she s phoning to tell me that she s sending me a letter in the next few days explaining how I m owed ?2,500 in PPI refunds. I asked her if the letter would have their address on, so that I could return it without a stamp and waste their money. She said it would have a freepost return envelope in it. I said "Good.
