Not sure person would not say who they were, but said I had called them when I had not.
Low-life indian man sounded like he was relaxing at home talking to somone he knew when he phones me. Said he was from Sky and I was getting a £202 refund. I told him he was a stupid lying thief. "No I'm not! I'm calling you from Sky to organise a refund!" I told him That I was sorry, that he his a REALLY stupid lying theif! If I had Sky, which I never have, they would already have my details and would have just made a refund if one was due.

Each time I press button 2 when it says do that to speak to an operator. Then after about 15 seconds of Chopin s "Minute Waltz" it says "Goodbye" and hangs up on me.
