I have placed an ad on ebay and subsequently received a call from this number. A man who seems to come from Africa, wanted to buy my car and pay even more than the asking price. He did not see the car even before. Since I already thought: FRAUD! But I said nothing and listened to everything. He wanted to pay with Paypal and let the car pick up. I said that you could pay cash but when it is picked up and said no. I do not know how this scam looks like, but that s not right. Maybe a new Paypal fraud.
