Sales call Tried to sell me life insurance which we don't need. Unwilling to take no for an answer but eventually the male caller hung up abruptly. Also not fully forthcoming as to where and how they obtained our contact details as this was considered a 'Cold Call'. AVOID !!
Claimed to be my local energy advisor, interestingly I live in East Dorset and he was calling from Bristol. LOCAL! Obviously trying to inspect my property with the aim of expensive fault finding

Very polite chap but having used Business Advisory Service in the past (and had my fingers burned - his name was Paul Havell should you ever cross him) then hell would freeze over before I d use them again.
Just had a call from this number, called it back and it answers with only a beep, then complete silence. Very strange.
Missed called me at 00:11am.
Claimed to be phoning in respect of an accident 2 years ago. When asked which company they were he said he was not calling from a company but from the Claims Team that works with a lot of insurers. Asked him who paid his wages. Eventually he hung up. Scam from top to bottom.

SCAM - Automated call purporting to be from Amazon regarding Prime subscription renewal.
SCAM - purporting to be from BT open reach head office in central london. got abusive when challenged
Lifestyle Renew or something. They called yesterday and ensured me they would not call again. I wouldn t trust them with the pickings of my arsehole. All they do is gather answers then sell your number onto others who will sell you their goods. Can t wait for them to phone again tomorrow.
