Scam.. Automated called from supposedly HMRC saying that I have unpaid taxes and if I didn't press 1 on the keypad I would have someone come and arrest me... Lol

They re not premium rate. 02 numbers are geographic, just like 01 numbers. They will only "cost more" if you ring them from somewhere that makes it a long distan...

I live in Croatia and don't know anyone who lives in UK. I have no idea why would someone from UK call me so it's probably some kind of scam.
Best advice I can give is BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK the muppets. They disputed my PPI Claim as they offer Repayment Option, only changed the name in 2008 so got company sorting it now. Had my card 11 years so know I m owed thousands & Im not payin em a penny more till sorted. My hubby paid approx 680 over 7 years on his natwest & got ?2,196 back. It s worth checking everyone, we couldn t believe it as his limit was only ?800 & a business card. Good luck & keep blocking...
Nuisance call, calls when I pick up they stay silent and hang up
SCAM / SPAM, electronic voice, HMRC tax fraud in your name, if you do not press 1 police will turn up and arrest you..... I didn't press anything so no idea of what happens next but I haven't been arrested lol
