Said I had been involved in an accident - I hung up as I assumed it was an accident claim call
Called on my work mobile, asking for someone else. When I told them it was a wrong number went into the usual script, "My name is xxxx from yyyy, the reason I ve called you is that you re owed money from mis-sold investments." Complete tosh. Who believes this pack of lies?

they call via a local number ( but sound like they are foreign) and it is back on track finance trying to offer you not a loan but debt management.. absolute rip-off like all the other cold callers offering debt management.. trust me just hang up or ignore the call
PPI rubbish. A lot of shouting in the background. They don't know what they are talking about and go through if you have had a mortgage, car finance, overdraft, credit card...

called by 01792 720230 regarding free insulation and the fact that the comany was recommended by my favourite GOVERNMENT???/ Later tried with another number 01792 746610.. These people are a pain in the buttttt.. Did my usual Russian immigrant replay on the second attempt yet they STILL tried to flog me loft insulation.. What a pain

Got a missed call ,upon ringing back ,got following recorded message, "your were called by media match the call was not important we will try again later" Call
Scam when I answered rhe women spoke really bad English, sting Indian accent and claimed to be from the benefits agency, and I was owned some money, but when I asked why would the benefits be ringing from a mobile number, she slammed the phone down. This is defo a company in India spoofing UK numbers, I've never been on benefits so wouldn't be owed money, and they wouldn't ring from a mobile number. If I had continued the call would of either wanted my bank details or ask lots of questions, then sold info.
