Telemarketing, 'A consulting institution'. Trying to persuade me to invest money in shares presumably through them. Hung up when I asked for their company name and number.
SCAM / SPAM Automated American call claiming that £39.95 would be automatically taken from my account. If I wanted to stop this I should press 1 and speak to a representative. This occured today at 17.34 . This is the same call from earlier but with a Worcester number.

Dodgy recruitment agency that will call candidates and lie to them by saying they have a job vacancy that they have matched you for and ask for reference contact details immediately but in reality all they want these for is contacts for new business. Avoid like the plague.
Am TPS registered and have no need of the home improvements they were advertising. Annoying.
