SCAM I was called on my landline from this number with a pre-recorded voice saying that my Amazon Prime account is due to re-new from my bank account. To stop this please press 1. Well of course I didn't, but someone may and give away details of their bank account. These criminals need to be stopped & telecom companies need to be more helpful in stopping these fraudulent calls from what appears to be bona fide numbers.
Had a call from this number, asking to speak to my mother. I explained that she is 90 and deaf so could I help, to which I received a very arrogant response that he could only speak to my mother. I told him again she was 90 and if he couldn t speak to me I wasn t going to let him try to speak to her.
