They call me all the time and I'm becoming so annoyed. They don't even speak they just hang up, so what is the point of even calling?! You try to ring them back and it just tells you the number is not in service. I also had calls from a similar number who claim they got my number from my car finance company - very concerning and I tell the to F off on the rare occasion they do actually speak!!

Continuous calls 'on behalf' of cisco, HP or other tech firms. They do not remove you from list when asked and frequently change number presentation to get around number blocking. Completely unscrupulous firm.

I could hear noise in the background probably a call centre. Then rang off without speaking after a few seconds. My advise to anyone who receives a call like this is to hang up, do not confirm anything even if they know your name! Too many scams!
