I answered "Yes" and was put throught to a real person. Some guy with an Indian accent answered. I said to him "I am on the 'Telephone Preference Service' list so it is illegal for you to call me" he wasn't too happy and we started to banter. He said "I know it is illegal to call you but why you answer yes to message?&

I never state my name and immediately ask who is calling, on who's behalf and where they got my details. The lady passed me on to her male colleague. Who said they got my details from the car traffic accident department. I question why they would send them any information. I also stated I have not given any permission to anyone to use my personal data or pass it on. The asked me to click a link to redirect me to a web page to arrange delivery of a parcel they couldn't deliver.
