Called just after midnight - annoying but fortunately do not disturb was on. spam as no one calls at that time of night unless i know them!
They called at 7 am. No one there when I answered. Definitely a scam from Brighton.
Fraud - charges to my account that never happened. They did not use my name or the bank.

Possible scam. Women said she was from Amazon and they'd noticed unusual activity on my Mum's account. Told her to press 1 if she hadn't bought something for £700. Mum was suspicious, rang off, got the number by dialing 1471 then rang it back. Women who answered refused to give her name and said she hadn't called Mum and didn't work for a company.
