I answered but it was silent with back ground noise. I spoke stating that "if this call is being recorded that the member of staff was lazy and doing nothing" then a guy chiped in that he could do this all day and get paid for it. I said "enjoy" and hung up. If you have BT then dial 1572 immediately after you hang up to BLOCK the number.
