Keep calling to speak to my husband, firstly about his pension and then about payment protection insurance. Told them not to call but they keep ringing. Foreign sounding callers and lots of background noise.

These guys call saying they are from EE and offering special deals. Then they asked for my personal information. When I questioned why they needed my data they stated that the number they called on (which appeared on my handset) if listed on the EE website under the security section. I hung up and checked. No such number on EE s website, so I call a contact I have at EE and she checked and stated the number is most definitely NOT EE and I should not treat the call as an EE authorised call. They called today at approx. 18.14. They wait until you say hello, then after a few seconds, they hang-up. When you ring back they say that they are a company blocking nuisance calls, but, I guess if they were, they wouldn t be doing it themselves and they would probably try and sell you something, not just hang-up

They ve bought an out of date list of names and numbers and are calling purporting to be a legal team. They asked by name for someone who used to use this number > 10 years ago.
