i received an email (which I've deleted) quoting phone number 01469539917 asking me to listen to a voicemail. It was dated 2016/11/26 at 0900. Scam mail again.

Pre-recorded automated message (apparently from BT –NOT) plays when you answer the phone. Advises that you have been experiencing problems with your broadband service, and in order to correct the problem, you must press number 1 (one) on your phone keypad to speak to their “executive”.
