This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 12544731xx reported already, mostly with insurance marketing. In the case of this number they left no message, no idea who is behind it? People please did someone answer it? This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls - surveys, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
