They are not exactly a debt collection company. They are a credit card company who follow up on missed payments or over-limit balances etc. So they do have a valid reason to call. However, even when you have spoken to them and agreed a payment/arrangement they call ENDLESSLY day and night on mobile and landline numbers and if you don t answer they keep cycling numbers. This is one of about 20 different numbers that they have used to my knowledge. If you have made an arrangement I suggest you ignore and

Called me today - sounded like a pre recorded message - female voice - said her name was Carla Simms and asking about a car accident. I hung up and blocked the number. Clearly a phishing scam.

Got sent a text claiming to be from The Kooples advertising a 50% off sale. However, the link in the text did not look legitimate, it was https://bit.ly/2yDBOin, and it it also said STOPK 447860092910. Please note no plus sign or two zeros before the country code.
Insurance/Spam suspected. UK Caller dialled my Swiss mobile and purported to be working on a survey for Swiss government that would take about 1 minute. I was then asked about car and life insurance, so left the call after about 2 minutes and before the 'survey' was completed.
I keep getting calls from this and very similar numbers.

I believe this no. to be highly dangerous. it is seems to be given for herbalalltime, and money stolen from my account went to that name. Bank given fake papers pretending to prove an item was ordered, and bank will not believe I was NOT involved. Have found herbalalltime is the website of Herbal Real Ltd, which seems to be based in a private house in Feltham, NO phone number or email address given for Herbal Real. Understand herbalalltime is also linked in some way with Daily Chemist.
Hangs up every time. Calls sometimes 3 times a day.
