Indian chap with poor English named himself as Steve Johnson. Insisted I had an accident. Told him I hadn't so then said he was calling on behalf of the non injured other party at specific request of Road Safety Authority of UK. It doesn't exist - don't answer the number.

I hung up following this, sounded more like they were in a kitchen somewhere the quality was terrible, lots going on in the background, seemed like another mass call centre.
