Claimed to be a law firm and to have my details from a broker I have never heard of....hung up when asked for broker details

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported with life insurance or financial offers - telemarketing in action. Did someone please answer this number?

I have just dealt with these crooks for my partner with a swift refund and remedy / kick up the backside to them. - Search on Google for Nexfer Social, load the forums board and click on 'The Thread' - This post can be found in its proper formatting there. (too long and gives errors when I try and post it here...) If anyone is wishing to reclaim the monies heisted by these crooks, follow these simple steps (refunded to me within 3 days of noticing it).

SPAM Person asked for a name that I have never heard of. I told him sorry, wrong number. He said "that's fine, what's your name please?" I said he doesn't need my name as he has called the wrong number and he got mad at me telling me that I'm rude and should tell him name. I hung up.

keep pestering my elderly mother. When i intercepted the phonecall and called the woman out on it she became very stroppy and then put the phone down.

abusive, about a car accident claim. This call center calls me up to 5 times a day from different numbers. I have asked to be removed from their lists and said no many times. They laugh and say i will just keep calling you. Awful. The same person keeps calling me from different numbers and taunting me. Today when i picked up it was "answering today are you? then he laughed and hung up.

Called today, woman claiming to be from Scottish Widows. Woman asked for me by name and could I talk about letter sent on 31/01/2017. Said I have not received the letter. She said she had letter there and if I had time she could tell me what it said over the phone. Told her even if she did I would not discuss anything with her over the phone and to re-issue the letter. She said she would and that I could take it to a branch of Lloyds Bank to get it verified and call back. I await the letter, but like other
