I went onto GoCompare, MoneySupermarket and CompareTheMarket websites yesterday for insurance quotes and had to declare a fire claim on the online data entry. Obviously this has been recorded as a non-fault claim and one of those three site has sold my contact information to these monkeys. SCAM Caller said they were from Amazon and that I would have a high payment charged monthly (£79.99) unless cancelled and the caller was going to "help me" cancel my Amazon Prime subscription. After some arguing (as she tried to get me to stay on the line), I hung up and checked Amazon website going through their online chatbot.
