This person has called me 7 times today!!
rang me saying similar to previous comment claiming debt collection but asking about car accident heard two voices speak and was hung up on when I started questioning why they had my details.
I had a call today off this number telling me I was entitled to £1000.00 and to press button 5 to claim it. What would happen if I was stupid enough to press button 5 and how would the caller benefit from it ?
SCAM....she told me my computer had errors and if i opened it she would help me to fix it. I asked her where she was calling from and she said Brentford London. 01698 is the code for Motherwell and Hamilton .Scotland. DO NOT OPEN your computer for her.

Over the last few days I have received two missed calls a day from this number. I am not a customer of British Gas and am fed up with their calling. If I want a service I will call them, I do not need them bothering me out of the blue.

Called as I had gone over my limit on my card. They did hang up the first time they tried calling me which was annoying to which the adviser informed me that they are having issues with the auto dialler system. I believe Aqua credit also use a similar number.
Do not want these calls they are a nuisance as I am disabled and need the phone to be free.
