I got calls from these people a couple of year back. Answered the call, gave them my details, ended up with £160 in my pocket (£250-£90 fee) They do charge a percentage but what can you expect. The do what the say and seem to go all out to win. They even contacted the financial ombudsman on my behalf concerning other issues I have. The fee is a little steep though.
