False accident claims. When I asked to be removed from calling list the caller shouted f#@k of you kn@b and hung up.
Phoned me and 10 past midnight! Didn't answer but seemed funny when I phoned back sounded like a squeaky cartoon character!

SCAM the person using Instagram as JL_Restoration, and calling himself Johnny Lucas is using this phone to attempt to communicate via WhatsApp or LINE. The scammer is convincing the mobile phone based communication, again and again.
