this number called saturday evening to my mobile in the UK , before i could answer? it hung up, i will not attempt to recall/redial, so looked it up online, it said Phone Number Localisation 08438688262 (Viet Nam Nghe An)

Claiming to be from the UK Benefits agency, when I answered there was only an aggressive message on it saying benefits would be stopped.

keeping getting at least 2 a day from this number but when I answer the line goes dead. WHY?
