They say they are calling from PC World and Curry's currently had 8 phone calls from them, sounds like a scam.
SCAM - computer generated voice saying about not paying tax.
Claims to be HMRC saying i have a refund then isnfrom a ppi companyband they need some details Smells a bit fishy so I say send menthe details by post Cant because of global warming is the heavily Indian accented reply
Persistent. Would not say why he was calling. Asked for my details to check with his records.

FrI was caught out by this today. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. They applied just enough pressure when the texts to change my account detail came in that I didn't have time to read them properly. Thankfully, I read them after the call and got straight on to O2 to change

Someone very persistent trying to sell or change my life insurancs.7 times today they phoned. They are also using other numbers same exchange
