Received a call at 9am and immediately told them I was on the telephone preference service, that they shouldn t be calling and then I put the phone down. Within seconds the phone range again and the caller said that it wasn t an unsolicited call, that I should put the phone down as he was trying to help me. I allowed him to continue and he then said that my computer had been corrupted and he would help me resolve the issue and I should go to my computer.
