I have had the same call this morning and exactly the same experience. He had my name and address and just asked for confirmation of that and that I paid by direct debit (which I would think most people probably would). He also asked me to confirm the expiry date of a card I had registered to the account and my immediate thought was WHY when I paid by direct debit? When I told him I wasn't prepared to give him that information over the phone he hung up. DEFINITE SCAM
