This number is owned by Target Professional Services. They will be contacting you on behalf of a pension scheme as the Trustees and administrators need to confirm their members whereabouts to send details about scheme benefits. As a tracing company Target are paid by the Trustees for their work, there is no cost to the members they are trying to trace and it is not a sales call.
