Not sure who this is but they are calling everyday and a couple of times a day! I just ignore them. They do not leave a message.

Identified himself as calling from Jeffrey Mason. Knew my given name and my surname - and my postcode. Claimed they were going to help me "get money back" for a "refund I was due". I confirmed no information and put the phone down.

Just had a similar call. Caller decided not to reveal the name of the company so I politely ended the call. Particularly as she did not have my correct surname.

SCAM, saying they are investigating team and your national insurance number been suspended and that's its been in number of criminal activity I checked with hmrc n they said its scam
