They claim to be "Park Lane Financial Services" (which is actually Purple Pig Claims 0845 2864076 as mentioned above). They keep changing their numbers and have used 020 3519 4773 as well as 020 3477 0131. If you re registered with the Telephone Preference Service you should report them to OFCOM which can be done easily here: https://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/tell-us/webflow/silent-calls/ AND the Information Commissioners Office, where you can complete a fairly easy form here: http://www.ico.gov.u

This was a recorded message from my bank warning me that there was some activity there. I hung up, after saying something rude. But another person might have believed it.
Ellis from Arc IT Recruitment calling about a job with a company that had never heard of them. Said he had sent my CV to a company, but then the role was closed, and he told me later that the role was filled. Contacted the company myself. Nobody at company had never heard of Arc IT, and they were extremely angry!
