Two interruptions from this number today. This is a TPS registered domestic telephone number, but with no message left on my answerphone I can only assume it's spam or a scam.

Called me 6 times in the past 3 weeks. I have missed all the calls as they happened when I am working. They have never left me a message which makes me assume either dodgy or cold calling. After reading other people's comments below I have blocked the number - if it is green peace as some suggest then I have no idea how they have got my number. I have never donated to Greenpeace however I may well have signed petitions but I don't think you usually give out your phone number when you sign a petition
Picked up the phone after finding no information on the number on Google and the line dropped immediately. Seems best to avoid picking up.
Calls but leaves no message. Likely spam/cold call
I got a text from this number pretending to have a verification number for Microsoft. I refreshed the website and got Microsoft to send me another a verification number. When Microsoft text you, it will say MICROSOFT. If a mobile number comes up, DO NOT USE THAT CODE.

When I answered the phone there was an immediate message telling me I was first in the queue. I hung up and will block this number.
Telemarketing
Had a call from this number on my landline at 5:30pm on Wednesday 26th July. Heard two voices on the line when I answered - one a lady who identified herself by name & said she was a local energy adviser (although this phone number is not local to me) but did not give a company name, the other a gentleman talking in a foreign language. I explained there was some cross-talk on the line & ended the call. I doubt this is a legitimate call, especially as most companies I deal with use my mobile number a
SCAM offering 40% off phone contract and to give them a one time use code sent to phone, obvious scam
This person looks at missing dog sites and calls the owners blackmailing them

SCAM I don't know anyone from that side of UK , I don't have any links with Blackburn, so I didn't answer it! Everyone, be aware to scams, fraud potential calls or any other kind of calls from phone numbers that you don't have in your agenda!
