This call followed an earlier automated call from 07868 4682973 which made its announcement before I had the chance to listen and hung up on me before I had figured out what the purpose of the call was for. Later this number called and the caller informed me that they were from the 'Review Department'. When asked what company they represented, they replied that they were the Review Department for all insurers. I was not offered a product or service because at that point I immediately hung up. At a guess
