14th Feb 2024 at 1148 - Call claiming that our loft insulation was reaching the end of its warranty life (20 years) and they would like to inspect it - when I told the man that the house was not built 20 years ago and that we did not have a loft, the man rang off immediately.
SPAM pretending to be a virgin media number and trying to get upgrades or bank details do not trust set to block immediately
I have had this number calling a few times now and im not interested in their sales tactics
A scam number claiming several fraudulent payments had been made by my bank.
Accident
Such lazy scammers - they use the same numbers each time. Basically if you receive a call from a Bolton code eg 01204 and you don;t live in Bolton or know someone who lives in Bolton, just ignore and block. It will just be these lazy evil scammers. Sometimes they claim to be TalkTalk, another time they claim to be 'National Debt Resolution'. They are totally useless - they are even rude the moment you answer, and can't even manage to sound even briefly plausible or professional. Evil fools - the worst.
Missed call - unable to phone back - just rang off immediately
A call saying he is from Carphone warehouse trying to sell iPhone 13 for £20 a month. I spoke to carphone warehouse they can’t do that deal. ????

Did not pick up when answered so assume auto dialer. Rang me multiple times in a row even though I declined call
SCAM.. pretending to be HSBC FRAUD TEAM SCAMMED ME OUT OF £145 after reporting to bank.. HSBC staff very unhelpful will be switching banks once dispute resolved ????????????

Supposed to be from Damp and repair centre. When I asked how did they get my number the connection went. I believe it is suspicious.

Call (said to be) from Visa security reporting suspicious charge on my card.
Fraud
Indian caller, claims to be from Visa, querying a payment on visa debit card @ Amazon not sure if this is a scam or not, I checked on my banking app and could not see any evidence of an unauthorised charge, I simply said nowt to do with me cancel transaction and I would check with my bank and I hung up.
