payment protection helpline... PPI.... whatever.... one thing s for sure: pain in the arse.... recieve up to 4 calls a day although I keep telling them to delete me fron their list.
Knew a lot about our life insurance policy they were fishing for more -- learnt the posh lady some new words and told her to go forth and multiply.
