This number appears on my phone bill several times as 0.26p charge (for a one second connection apparently)!! I think it is a Peugeot delearship call centre based somewhere in the northeast but i'm not 100% sure. They are a real nuisance if it is them I blocked them loads of times on my old phone but with my new one they are getting through. Regret ever having dealings with these pests.
