Guy spoke to me first offering new tariff for electricity, asked if age 40-65, we are go he said we can get the grant. Passed me over to manager who said energy bills on the rise blah blah blah and no other energy company will offer this tariff from government and they will send someone round and give us a quote on solar panels. when I said I don t want to pay for solar panels, she huffs and slams phone down.
