I received a call that sounded like an automated recording claiming that I had had unusual activity on my visa card. I believed it to be a scam call so I just hung up.

Fraud. Pretending to be Amazon and that if you dispute the £700 transaction on your account, press 1. We all know where that scam goes to ......their pockets.
Didn’t recognise number so didn’t answer will block
Full handset displayed number 000918045705737. Claimed my debit card had been hacked and debited £600. Provided options 1 or 2 to pursue further. I rang off and checked bank account. No sign of transaction. Scam till proved otherwise.
Call from “housing disrepair team” offering advice on my housing issues. May be genuine but as I don’t have any housing issues and it was a cold call, I doubt it.
Assumed SPAM - Called twice today, no message left.
I have been called systematically from this number every day, more than once, for the last four days. They NEVER leave a message. If they were legitimate callers, they would leave a message. I have reported it is a Scammer!
SCAM - Thick accented gentleman claiming to be from the Energy Department of Scottish Power - and they keep phoning back.

Fraud, Called previously from Global Cyber Fraud Solutions from 02080977056. Gave name as Dorian Raymond. Claimed to recover blockchain losses. He knew my name, mobile no and email address. Website https://gcfsolutions.io Did not seem a genuine operation to me. When I told him that I thought it was fraudulent he told me to "F*** off" which rather proved my point.SCAM
Contacted me pretending to be my child who had lost her phone, asked me to what’s app her on another number then asked me to pay some bills for her.
