Called me about my application to renew my insurance on which I had indicated a minor accident. I said I hadn t done this and they knew that so could they take me off their call list. He asked me how he would know that and asked what call list (rudely). I asked again for them to remove me from their call list and he hung up.

SCAM I have had 3 calla from this number saying they Are from Microsoft and saying there are viruses on my pc/laptop:::::::::::::::;:; These people are dangerous she wanted to take over my laptop by saying she knew my laptop ID. So I asked her for my ID and I would check it and ring Microsoft back. She came up For all sorts of resins so I hung up She rang back and my husband answered and said he didn’t know anyone. phoned my mother in law several times whom is a housebound 94 year old whom lives in clacton and has no car! luckily she refuses to answer a phone.
