SCAM for life insurance
SCAM said they were Microsoft and had security alerts. Were very very abusive screaming foul language at me because I did not follow their instruction to connect to their system!!

Pretend to be HMRC. They tell you to press 1 to get to talk with an officer, which ofc, I didn’t do it.
Recorded message saying fraudulent activity detected and to press a number on keypad . -- I hung up at this point. Checked with bank and no problems suspected a chargeback scam
Fraud Says my national insurance number has been compromised on north Wales border and am going to be prosecuted unless I press and speak to their chief legal officer now. They'll take down my name and insurance number and destroy my life basically...

called me to advise that another energy provider had approached them to take over my gas & electric supply.... that happened months ago!! The caller got quite aggressive when i wouldn t confirm any of my details.
Did not respond when I asked who was calling. Annoying!
I think I went a whole week without being bothered by these criminals but they have started again - three in one day so far. Though the numbers they use are all fictitious they are now nearly the same- varying from the last by a single digit. This time there was no-one there when I answered - just a dialling tone.
