Did not answer the call, but I presume it s Scottish Power, for the same reason as above, to stop being taken over by the other supplier.

Couldn't remember when I bought it but didn't think that it was over a year and thought I had 5 year manu's warranty (checked afterwards & correct on both counts). Company was APS or something.
