call then hangs up when once I answered,I tried to call back but the number is out of service completely. in the last 6 weeks I got over 30 call from that people (0161 946 4200)...
Probable scam or fraud. The telltale signs: 1. Delay before speaking 2. Lots of background noise - a call centre 3. Says he is from a telecoms company but name is indistinct.
