Had a problem created by a visit from SSE mete fitter who left us with a boiler that would not light up. Called out MICHAEL who responded to my emergency call Very swiftly. At front door within 15 minutes Very quick in finding fault all was well, he reduced call out fee because he did very little to solve the problem.
