Debt collection agency - Mackenzie Hall. Do not communicate with this agency by telephone. They are threatening, pushy and may make promises that they will not keep. Do not answer their "security questions". It could be a scammer, who will happily sell your information on. Like any other debt collection agency, everything should be in WRITING.
