Called 3 times in rapid succession; must be an auto-dialler. Didn't leave message so assumed to be unsolicited marketing call, despite being on TPS. Anyone know what value is TPS if the pests ignore it?

PREDATOR: called up a under 16 female asking inappropriate questions making weird noises down the phone asked where she lived what she was wearing, if she had any knickers on. Absolutely vile human being. This has been reported to the police.
