£18 first appeared on my Vodafone wifi internet dongle in my bill for November useage as "purchasess". I queried it and Vodafone agreed to remove it, £18 reappeared on my January bill for December useage. Again contacted Vodafone and found out it was "purchases" from UME MP as above. Whilst on the help line to Vodafone (in Cairo) googled the name and number and came upon this page so was able to read comments to the Vodafone Help who acknowledged that it was some kind of scam and changed the number of the w

Advertising scam for some Community magazine ... making out I had been spoken to early in January and had agreed to some advert or other .... became quite indignant when I told her she was a scamming cow and to F off and bother somebody else !

SCAM / SPAM - called purporting to be from BT Openreach about slow internet. I do currently have a case pending about slow net, so believed them at first. Got suspicious when they said they needed me to share my screen with them. When I asked them for a phone number to call them back on to check who they were they hung up. BEWARE.

Called my home and my daughter answered. She said she could not answer questions as she is under 18. He asked if she was still a virgin and did she want to have sex with him. These types of calls are outrageous! I told my daughter that any future calls that she does not know who they are, just hang up without saying anything.
