Received call today 22 Feb 2023 from a guy claiming to be Ross calling on behalf of the Bank of Scotland. Not sure if this is a scam

Number called my phone not sure how anyone has my mob number as its not listed . Didnt pick up but came up on my phone as 5 sapphires ni idea what that is but number from london (blocked).
Female voice alerting me to large payments being made from my account. I ended call without hearing full message.
SCAM PayPal request for £799.77 stating the money had been sent and to call this number - the email may be from PayPal but the notes on the request certainly aren’t.

Told her the house was only four years old. I asked her to identify herself. Said that she worked for loads of eco companies, so I said I trust no one and could she send me an email. She then hung up.
