I went onto GoCompare, MoneySupermarket and CompareTheMarket websites yesterday for insurance quotes and had to declare a fire claim on the online data entry. Be careful!!!... they have started to "get around" ... the telephone preference rules!... HOW? ...you ask. THEY ve started to phone MOBILE NUMBERS.... often using what looks like a Landline Number!!...BUT they only let it ring a few times .. so you don t get time to answer!...You may then do as I did..... go to your landline to ring em back...thinking it must be a call from hospital or similar....& guess what??? ...cos you have RANG them!... they are then out of the "cold calling" palava & are legitim
